Something I worked on for Rockwell Collins, back when we were updating models for the Las Vegas Strip in the flight simulator.
There are 32 different parameters and 5 inputs to achieve a wide variety of different outputs. Using a multi-material blend and some clever masking, the possibilities for creating different building combinations are nearly endless.
Some planned upgrades are: A switch between Gloss/Spec and PBR pipelines, more granular control over concrete paneling control, options for transparency in hotel room windows to support use with parallax room shaders, more grunge options, and of course more optimization.
